Terms of Service.

"GC Spoofer" or "the Service" is the content-repurposing platform operated by gh0stc0de at gcspoofer.com. The Service ingests media you supply, sanitizes it to remove platform fingerprints, and distributes the variants according to schedules you configure.

Signing up creates a pending account. We review every signup and approve or reject at our sole discretion within 72 hours. Approved accounts begin a 3-day free trial; after the trial you must subscribe to a paid tier to continue using the Service.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Sharing credentials with outside parties is prohibited; sharing access with your own VAs and team members is fine.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Process content you do not have the legal right to use — including but not limited to content scraped from creators whose distribution rights you do not own.
• Generate or distribute content depicting minors in any sexual or exploitative context. This will result in immediate termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the Service's authentication, rate limits, or tenant isolation.
• Resell the Service or expose its capabilities under your own brand without a written reseller agreement.

You retain full ownership of every piece of content you upload to or process through the Service. We claim no license to your content beyond what is strictly required to sanitize and distribute it on your behalf.

When you delete your account, all stored content metadata is purged within 30 days. Variant files on third-party CDNs you configured (Bunny.net / S3) are your responsibility to delete.

The Service offers three tiers:

• VIP — $399 / month. Full platform access, platform-provided AI inference, unlimited spoofs.
• EXTRAVIP — $199 / month. Same as VIP at a lower rate, available by invitation.
• PARTNER — Free. Bring-your-own-API-keys arrangement for established partners; no platform inference quota provided.

Billing is handled by NowPayments in cryptocurrency. Invoices are charged monthly in advance. Failure to pay within 7 days of invoice expiration suspends the account.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any specific platform (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) will accept or fail to detect spoofed content; detection systems change continuously and we make no promises about future behavior.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@gcspoofer.com; no refunds are issued for the unused portion of a paid month.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced to active tenants by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which gh0stc0de is principally established. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
